Mission

Endure Health & Performance aims to inspire a process-driven approach to health and performance through individualized training & nutrition.

Vision

To provide introspective, science based health and training education for fitness and health enthusiasts, now and for future generations.

Values

Adaptability

We strive to be adaptable in all aspects of what we do. From our trainers to our trainees, we don’t believe in a one size fits all method—we adapt to match each client’s specific needs and circumstances.

Education

We believe that everyone should have access to high-quality information; our emphasis is on creating free educational content that our community can easily apply to their training and life. We believe in life-long learning to enhance our knowledge and provide programs informed by experience and science.

Unwavering

We believe in practicing patience, resilience and grit upon facing difficult situations. It doesn’t matter how many times you get knocked down, but how many times you get back up.

Mindfulness

We believe in a fitness model that prioritizes focus, awareness and self-reflection, both inside and outside the gym. Our goal is to increase your ability to be present through exercise execution, stress management techniques, objective-based decision-making, and introspective training check-ins.
