Treat Exercise As a Skill

Exercise is a skill. Skills take time to learn, just like playing the piano or using a chainsaw.

After just a few chainsaw tutorials, would you be ready to enter the lumberjack world championship?

What about playing the piano alongside Beethoven after a month of lessons?

Very unlikely.

Be patient & consistent when you first learn to exercise.

Don't obsess over the weight. Instead, focus on the quality.

Weight losses its power quickly when it's not applied appropriately.
