Do you need an A+ in exercise to make great progress?

A well designed exercise program does help, but it's not everything.

Consider important factors such as nutrition, recovery & effort. Without attention to these, the best exercise plan will fail.

Instead of chasing an A+ in exercise, aim for a B in nutrition, recovery, effort and exercise.

Doing well across the board will reap greater progress versus hyper-focusing on one aspect at the expense of everything else.

Remember, it's not about perfection. So do "good enough" consistently, and you'll be surprised at far you'll go.
