Breakfast Option - Egg Scramble
Cook the following in a pan
2 scrambled eggs
½ cup black beans
1 cup spinach
1 tablespoon avocado oil
Serve your egg scramble on 1 piece of multi grain toast
& wash it down with 1 cup almond milk mixed with ½ scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder

Lunch Option - Turkey Salad Wrap
Mix the following ingredients together
½ cup cooked lean turkey
½ cup chickpeas
2 cup mixed greens
½ cup cucumbers
3 chopped baby tomatoes
2 sliced baby carrots
½ cup cooked quinoa
1 tablespoon hemp hearts
1 tablespoon olive oil, dijon mustard & hot sauce
& finish by putting it into 1 whole wheat wrap
