Breakfast Option - Egg Scramble

  • Cook the following in a pan

  • 2 scrambled eggs

  • ½ cup black beans

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Serve your egg scramble on 1 piece of multi grain toast

& wash it down with 1 cup almond milk mixed with ½ scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder

Lunch Option - Turkey Salad Wrap

Mix the following ingredients together

  • ½ cup cooked lean turkey

  • ½ cup chickpeas

  • 2 cup mixed greens

  • ½ cup cucumbers

  • 3 chopped baby tomatoes

  • 2 sliced baby carrots

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, dijon mustard & hot sauce

& finish by putting it into 1 whole wheat wrap
